“Seeking is a part of our nature. We knowingly & unknowingly seek through our minds eye; and through many other eyes.”

My work blends the simplicity of minimalist landscapes with the surrealism of levitation still life, exploring themes of balance, weightlessness, and the subtle connections between objects and their environments, where everyday objects are suspended in midair, defying gravity and encouraging a fresh perspective on the ordinary.

In both aspects of my work, minimalism is key. By stripping away distractions, I aim to highlight the beauty in simplicity—whether it’s an expansive horizon or a single object floating in space. The juxtaposition of grounded landscapes and weightless still life creates a dialogue about presence and absence, grounding and release, inviting viewers to reflect on the balance between stillness and movement in the natural and imagined worlds.
